Sinnappoo Ravindran obtained a PhD Degree at Griffith University, Gold Coast in 2021. His thesis topic was “Analysis and Prediction of Rainfall-induced shallow landslides along the road corridors in northern NSW, Australia”. He has published ten research papers with co-authors. Sinnappoo worked at Transport for NSW in Grafton for sixteen years from 2009 as Corridor Maintenance Planner and program managed slope remediation, drainage upgrade, flood mitigation and roadside assets renewal programs. He also has a master’s degree in Traffic & Transport Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He holds RPEQ, Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP). He has improved road network at mountain passes at Mt Lindesay, Mallanganee, Mulligans Bluff, Cangai Bluff, Gibraltar Range, Dorrigo Mountain and Mt Seaview by remediating risky slopes and upgrading drainage system in northern NSW.
