Dr Sinnappoo Ravindran is currently working as a Principal Engineer with Preservation and Maintenance team at Transport and Main Roads in Nerang. His nickname is Ravi. He is a chartered engineer, a project management professional, a program management professional and a road safety auditor. He earned four degrees such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a master’s degree in Traffic and Transport Engineering, MBA, and PhD. His thesis in PhD is Analysis and Prediction of rainfall-induced shallow landslides along the road corridors in the northern NSW.
He has several years of experience in many fields such as project delivery of slope remediation, culvert rehabilitation, drainage upgrade, and pavement rehabilitation; bridge construction, road maintenance, bridge design, pavement design, traffic and transport modelling, project management, and program management. He likes music, gym training, tennis, and social functions.
