Luke Gericke is a Principal Engineer at TMR with more than 10 years’ experience in hydraulics and hydrology for linear infrastructure projects and review of high-profile projects which calls for fundamental understanding of State government policy in the context of discipline of hydrology and hydraulics.
Greg Rogencamp is a Principal at Arup with over 35 years’ experience in flood risk management. He leads the flooding group for Arup Australia and has worked on over 100 highway upgrade projects associated with improving the flood resilience of critical transport links including numerous flood studies focussed on times of flood closure and the linkages to the economic benefits of highway upgrades.
James Thompson is a Director in KPMG’s Infrastructure, Assets and Places practice with 15 years’ experience as an Economist within Queensland Treasury, TMR and KPMG. He has a particular interest in cost benefit analysis, program evaluation, business case development and microeconomic policy.
