Joe is a Principal Technology Leader with over 20 years’ experience in pavement engineering, including design and rehabilitation, material specifications, construction support and forensic investigations.
Since joining the NTRO in 2016 as a lead researcher and technical advisor, Joe has delivered several strategically significant projects focused on pavement and material technologies, including updating Part 4B: Asphalt of the Austroads Guide to Pavement Technology, being the lead author of the ARRB Unsealed Road Best Practice Guide and developing and delivering several national training packages.
