Graham Hobbs is Director (Contracts) within the Infrastructure Management and Delivery division at the Department of Transport and Main Roads. In this role, he leads contract advisory, governance, and commercial oversight across major infrastructure programs, supporting projects from procurement through to delivery and completion.
Graham is a recognised subject matter expert in construction contracts, with extensive experience in managing risk allocation, resolving claims and disputes, and developing contract frameworks that enhance delivery outcomes and cost certainty.
He contributes to industry and policy development through involvement in national initiatives and brings a strong focus on commercial integrity and practical delivery.
A chartered professional engineer, Graham is committed to advancing capability and innovation in infrastructure contracting and project delivery.
