Adrian is a registered professional civil and structure engineer with nearly 30 years experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects across Australia. Commencing his career in project based construction roles, he later specialised in estimating, proposals and bid management for design and construct projects. Over the past 9 years, Adrian has extended his diverse experience to include client-side support, workshop facilitation and independent review across the entire project life cycle. As Technical Lead at Bellwether, a multi-disciplined TMR prequalified professional services consultancy and construction contractor, Adrian is responsible for assisting asset owners, designers and contractors across all aspects of constructability, construction and traffic staging, scheduling, risk management, value management and safety in design for transport, water and energy infrastructure projects.
