David brings a constructive blend of industry experience, academic credentials, and a passion for advancing intelligent transport systems in Australia. With ITS roles in consultancy, government (secondments), research, start-ups, and manufacturing, David has worked in all stages of ITS from strategy to delivery and maintenance.
