Methodological Framework For A Low-Carbon Asphalt Strategy

Mahmoud is an enthusiastic pavement design engineering manager (PMP®, PhD, MSc, BSc) with outstanding managerial and technical skills. A highly motivated, confident, and teamwork-oriented person with strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills. Current and previous responsibilities:
 Steering member of the formation and execution of the technical department objectives, goals and protocols that align with the organizational vision.
 Leading design technical services (Highways, industrial, etc) for roads asset management.
 Managing laboratory operations and staff (accredited by UKAS), to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance for standard and R&D testing of asphalt, bitumen, aggregates, concrete, and HBM.
 Support the provision and management of project technical design services, including managing pavement assessment, design of new pavements and rehabilitation of existing pavements to Specifiers, Architects and Major Civil Engineering Project Consultancies.
 Leading R&D, starting with literature review, followed by establishing a testing protocol, and ending with making recommendations.
