Matt Kelly is an Acting Project Director with TMR and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the design development and delivery of major road and bridge infrastructure, as well as water treatment and multi storey commercial projects, spanning the project lifecycle from pre construction through to handover. Matt has held senior roles on nationally significant infrastructure projects.
Matt’s background includes engineering and project management roles across both government and the private sector, including VicRoads’ West Gate Bridge management team and major civil contractors delivering projects under traditional, design and construct (D&C), and collaborative contracting models. His experience encompasses complex concrete and bridge structures, motorway upgrades, traffic staging in constrained corridors, and the management of high risk interfaces with utilities, stakeholders and the community. Matt holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Construction Law, bringing a strong integration of technical, commercial and governance perspectives to major infrastructure delivery.
