Kirsty is an engineering leader with over 20 years’ experience in transport and infrastructure across Queensland and beyond. She is a Program Director in the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program (BHTSP) Program Management Office, with a focus on Technical Standards, Road User Experience and Industry Interface for the program. Kirsty’s experience covers all facets of traffic and transport engineering including strategic and operational planning, road safety, road events, temporary traffic management, and road operations. She has worked in different parts of the sector including consulting and local government before coming to TMR.
Kirsty is known for her ability to collaborate with others to identify innovative, pragmatic, and practical solutions to improve outcomes. She is passionate about promoting engineering as an exciting and rewarding career path and works proactively to improve the inclusivity of the industry for everyone’s benefit.
