Andrew Volpato
Andrew holds a bachelor degree in civil engineering. He has been a Senior Engineer within Council’s strategic asset management team (which is part of the Infrastructure Services Group) for the past 15 years.
Prior to asset management, Andrew worked in the design, inspection and certification of industrial and residential structures, both as principal in his own firm and for various consultancies in the private sector.
Justin Weligamage
Justin is a civil engineer and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA). He currently leads Council’s strategic asset management as a Principal Engineer (Asset Management) within Infrastructure Group in Toowoomba Regional Council and has 20+ years of experience in the area of Asset Management.
