As Program Director (Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program), Allan Uhlmann leads the development and delivery of the $9 billion Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program.
Allan has worked for more than 35 years delivering transport infrastructure across modes including road, public transport and marine.
Allan is passionate about collaboration and finding win-win outcomes, working closely with TMR teams and industry partners to ensure a streamlined approach to optimise program outcomes. Allan enjoys working across internal and external boundaries to successfully resolve complex issues relating to infrastructure delivery.
