WSR (Mel) de Mel is the Manager of Statewide Projects and has managed the statewide linemarking program for 14 years. He serves as the Element 24 Roadside and Surface Delineation Manager and has been actively involved in various pavement and linemarking research projects throughout his career.
Jamie Wong is an Engineer within the Traffic Systems Asset Management Unit, specialising in the design of data and analytical pipelines. His work focuses on developing dashboards that deliver actionable asset management insights to support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
