Norah Weatherby is the Manager of Asset Management Systems within TMR’s Transport Asset Management Unit. With more than twenty years of experience across public, private, and not for profit sectors, she combines deep analytical capability with a commitment to improving the way infrastructure data informs investment decisions. Norah leads the stewardship of more than twenty asset management systems and analytics and presentation tools, enabling insights that strengthen Queensland’s transport asset performance. She also currently oversees enhancements to the ADVICE pavement management system to refine pavement investment optimisation.
Norah’s work is guided by close collaboration with Andrew Golding, a recognised leader in asset management who champions innovation and strategic capability across the organisation.
