Kelsey Carton is a project manager and transport planner, and Vincent Chan is a network planner and traffic engineer in the Major Project Integration team in TMR Network Services and Operations (formerly Translink Division) focused on preparation for track closures that are necessary to construct Cross River Rail. Kelsey and Vincent are passionate about identifying opportunities to enhance public transport outcomes for customers impacted by planned disruptions to the rail network as a result of major projects. As data enthusiasts, Kelsey and Vincent perform detailed analysis on customer travel behaviours and based on this, implement continuous improvements that help maintain public transport customer confidence.
