As an Executive Director and Board Member at ConnellGriffin, Richard has led the successful delivery of some of the nation’s most significant infrastructure projects, offering strategic and commercial advice that spans the full project lifecycle—from inception and planning through to construction and operation.
A Chartered Civil Engineer with a Master’s in Civil Engineering, Richard’s project portfolio covers the transportation, water and energy sectors for clients including Transport for New South Wales, Sydney Water, Transgrid, and Transurban. His leadership has been pivotal on high-profile projects such as NorthConnex, Parramatta Light Rail, the M7/M12 Integration Project, Malabar System Improvements Program, WestConnex, and the Coffs Harbour Bypass.
