Prue Oswin is a Chartered Professional Engineer and active transport specialist with extensive experience in road safety, school planning, and community-informed infrastructure delivery across Australia. She is Director of Sidelines Traffic and has led numerous projects that translate Safe System principles and local engagement into practical, low-cost transport improvements. Her work focuses on helping agencies deliver cost-effective walking and riding infrastructure where it achieves the greatest community benefit. Prue has authored guidelines, research, and planning frameworks supporting evidence-based active transport investment, and has contributed to projects resulting in multiple delivered crossing and network safety upgrades.
