With a background in ITS system delivery, business strategy, and stakeholder integration, Ben is currently spearheading customer and user engagement for the transformation of STREAMS into a more modular, outcome driven ITS mobility platform. He is passionate about helping transport agencies rethink how value is defined and measured in ITS. Ben holds postgraduate qualifications in electrical engineering, project management and business management, and brings both operational and customer-focused insights to the evolving ITS landscape.
