Dr Stephen Rae heads up the team in TMR Structures responsible for standards and governance, including the program and processes for technical documents, supplier assessments and project management. He has been with the department as an engineer for 18 years, working on improving quality in construction with inspections, audits, training and specifications. Combining research, collaboration and experience he is responsible for updating and extending the suite of concrete-related specifications and now focuses on supporting and enabling others in this space.
