Melissa Johansson is a change management and communications professional with more than 20 years experience delivering effective communications, engagement and change management solutions across both the private and government sectors. Over the past 16 years, Melissa has specialised in organisational communication and change, providing strategic advice on major organisation-wide projects and programs for a large, diverse and geographically dispersed workforce. After making the move into Transport and Main Roads’ infrastructure division, Melissa played an integral role in the success of TMR’s Collaborative Transport Infrastructure Project. More recently, Melissa has applied her passion for industry engagement to leading TMR’s infrastructure industry engagement and prequalification teams.
