Troy McKenzie is a Principal Advisor with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, specialising in vehicle monitoring, heavy-vehicle compliance technologies, and road safety systems. With more than 25 years’ experience in transport operations and Intelligent Transport Systems, Troy has led the delivery of Queensland’s Weigh-in-Motion and Automatic Number Plate Recognition network. His work integrates real-time data and digital technologies to improve road-user safety and protect critical transport assets.
