Justin is a spatial professional and project manager at the Department of Transport & Main Roads. He has experience across all levels of government, as well as consulting and industry roles. Within TMR, he leads the development of TMR’s Spatial Strategy and implantation of associated actions. He has also provided spatial data and positioning expertise for the Connected and Automated Vehicle Initiative and managed the BIM Model – Data Management project.
