Adrian is technical lead at Bellwether Group, a Brisbane based firm providing project management, engineering advisory, and civil contracting services to the transport, water, energy sectors.
A professional civil and structural engineer with around 30 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on major infrastructure projects across Australia, he commenced his career in project based construction roles, before specialised in estimating, proposals and bid management. Since joining Bellwether in 2017, Adrian has extended his diverse experience to include client-side project support, workshop facilitation, and independent review across the entire project life cycle from planning through to delivery.
Adrian’s experience across both contractor and client-side roles provides him with a unique viewpoint to understand and appreciate risks from both perspectives, and how they manifest at the different phases of a project.
