Andrew is Principal Engineer (Project Planning) for Darling Downs District. His team are responsible for developing business cases for improvements to the state-controlled transport network that meet community expectations for the future. He enjoys the relational and problem-solving aspects of planning, while also bringing around 15 years construction experience to the role.
