Jamie-Lee Evans is a highly experienced project and planning professional with over 20 years in the Queensland State Government, specialising in transport infrastructure and integrated land use planning. She holds a Bachelor of Regional and Town Planning and brings extensive expertise in program and project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement, underpinned by a strong track record of delivering complex, high value planning initiatives.
Currently as Principal Advisor (Planning) within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Jamie leads strategic and detailed planning activities for major infrastructure projects, including the Gateway Motorway and Bruce Highway upgrades. She is responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, providing high-level advice to senior leadership, and coordinating planning processes to ensure alignment with government policy and long-term network outcomes.
