Mark is a Safety Advisor with Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services in Queensland, supporting health, safety and environment activities across infrastructure, surfacing, asphalt and quarry operations. He holds a Master of Health, Safety and Environment from Queensland University of Technology and has previous experience in medicine and occupational health in the Philippines.
In his current role, Mark supports practical safety work including WHS documentation, workplace risk assessments, safe work procedures, incident learning, and site-based safety initiatives. His work includes involvement in mobile plant interaction controls, worker–plant interfaces, and risk management in road and quarry environments. At the TMR-hosted EIT Forum, Mark hopes to contribute a practical operational safety perspective shaped by his work across Queensland infrastructure settings.
