Noel is a Principal Surveyor with TMR and currently responsible for updating the TMR Surveying Standards. Noel is also the author of the technical specification MRTS56 Construction surveying. He is a registered surveyor with an engineering endorsement with the Surveyors Board of Queensland and also a Certified engineering surveyor with Surveyors Australia. Noel is also qualified in civil engineering and was a registered engineering associate when he worked as a road designer for a local government in New Zealand.
Noel’s surveying experience includes construction surveying, triangulation surveys, topographical surveying, cadastral surveying for land development and seismic surveying for oil exploration.
Noel has extensive experience within government, local government and the private sector working in multiple countries throughout New Zealand, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and Saudi Arabia.
