Rick Haywood
Rick Haywood is a Senior Environmental Officer with the Queensland Government Department of Transport and Main Roads. He has ensured State and Federal legislation, and TMR policies have been applied to support the delivery of small and large road infrastructure development projects in the southern Queensland and South Coast Regions. He has applied his extensive environmental knowledge to these projects, including during the design and delivery of the M1 Pacific Motorway Upgrade Projects.
Biography – Tim Marsden
Tim Marsden is a fisheries biologist with 30 years’ experience and specialises in the provision of fish passage at man-made barriers to fish migration. As the principal for Australasian Fish Passage Services Pty Ltd (AFPS), Tim has designed and implemented hundreds of fisheries related projects throughout Australia and SE Asia. These comprise small nature-like fishways to large dam fish locks, fishway monitoring projects and fisheries habitat improvement projects, including a number of M1 Pacific Motorway Upgrade Projects.
