Vincent Chan is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a focus on traffic engineering and public transport planning. He has led and contributed to various public transport initiatives across Queensland, including planning for the introduction of the Logan Demand Responsive Transport system, bus interchange and park ‘n’ ride design, as well as undertaking detailed planning for new bus stops across the Sunshine Coast and Mackay.
Vincent is currently a network planner in the Major Project Integration team in TMR’s Network Services and Operations Division, focussing on preparation for track closures that are necessary to construct major rail and bus projects such as Cross River Rail, Brisbane Metro, Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail, as well as various Queensland Rail station upgrades. Vincent works closely with Kelsey and the MPI team to engage with stakeholders and use data to identify and justify targeted responses to help improve customer journeys during network disruptions.
