Norah Weatherby is the Manager of Asset Management Systems in TMR’s Transport Asset Management Unit. With more than two decades of experience across the public, private and not‑for‑profit sectors, she is passionate about using high‑quality infrastructure data to support better investment and asset management decisions. Norah leads the stewardship of over twenty asset management systems, along with the analytics and visualisation tools that turn complex data into practical insights for Queensland’s transport network. She is currently overseeing enhancements to the ADVICE pavement management system, focused on strengthening pavement investment optimisation. Norah works closely with Andrew Golding, a recognised leader in asset management, and enjoys collaborating across disciplines to drive innovation and capability uplift.
